After spending 5 years of full time commitment in the Brownsville Revival, it was in 2001 that the Lord called Bill to Ministry.
Licensure by Kenneth Copeland Ministries
Bill was licensed with Kenneth Copeland Ministries in 2002 & Kenneth became Bill’s Spiritual Father.
Living out the call for The Church
Bill is dedicated to teaching the true Word of the Lord, combined with the impartation of the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

The Lord said to Bill early in 2001 that He would use him to bring together the moving of the Holy Spirit from the Pensacola Outpouring and the Spoken Word of God from Kenneth Copeland Ministries and it would become a force unstoppable! After many other confirmations Bill began this ministry...
...the Lord used Bill to start this ministry just as He had said he would in 2001. This is the just the beginning of how the Lord will move through two of His mighty and powerful gifts, the Anointing of the true living Holy Spirit and the Spoken Word of God, which together frame the very worlds we live in.
